We focus on shared meals, outdoor time and a considerate daily routine — not clinical care. Families looking for nursing or medical support would be better directed to a care home.

Can I arrange a visit before committing to anything?

Absolutely. We encourage families and prospective residents to visit the residence, walk through the gardens and share a meal with us before making any decision. Please call or write ahead and we will find a time that works for everyone.

Are the monthly fees all-inclusive?

The Full Comfort Residence Package at HK$3,880 per month covers the private room, daily housekeeping, laundry, fresh linen, errand support, and all dining and garden access. The individual dining and garden arrangements are listed separately. We are happy to walk through what is included in each option when you visit or call.

Can residents have personal dietary needs accommodated?

Yes. Our kitchen staff keep a note of individual preferences and any dietary considerations. While we cannot guarantee a dedicated therapeutic diet, we work thoughtfully with residents to ensure mealtimes feel satisfying and familiar rather than generic.

How far in advance do I need to apply for a place?

Availability varies throughout the year. We recommend reaching out a few weeks in advance when possible, though we do occasionally have spaces available at shorter notice. Getting in touch early gives us more time to find the right fit for each resident.

Are family members welcome to visit?

Very much so. We consider family visits to be part of a resident's wellbeing and make them as easy and comfortable as possible. Family members are welcome during daytime hours and can join residents for a meal with advance notice.

Is Pak Hok accessible by public transport?

Yes. Broadcast Drive in Kowloon Tong is served by several bus routes, and Kowloon Tong MTR Station is reachable within a short taxi or minibus ride. The neighbourhood is quiet while remaining well connected to the wider city for families visiting from different districts.
